Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a tracking number within 3 days of dispatch. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions for remote areas or due to customs regulations.


Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, unexpected carrier delays (due to customs, weather, or global logistics) can occur.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
